Technical specifications

To ensure your music is ready for sync licensing, please follow these file requirements when uploading.

Audio formats

• Preferred: WAV (44.1kHz/16-bit or higher)
• Accepted: MP3 (320kbps minimum)
• Not accepted: Low-bitrate MP3s, AAC, OGG, or other compressed formats

File naming

Name your files clearly using the format: Artist Name - Song Title. For alternate versions, append the version type: Artist Name - Song Title (Instrumental) or Artist Name - Song Title (Clean).

Audio quality

All tracks must be professionally mixed and mastered. Avoid clipping, excessive compression, or other artifacts. Music supervisors listen to hundreds of tracks and will immediately skip anything that doesn't sound polished.

Stems (optional but recommended)

If possible, have your stems available. Music editors sometimes need to make adjustments for specific scenes, and providing stems makes your track significantly more versatile and attractive for placement.

File size limits

Individual file uploads are limited by your account's storage allocation. Check your subscription plan for storage details. If you need additional storage, consider upgrading your plan.
