Getting Started
Sync Requirements
What we look for
To be considered for sync licensing opportunities through Audiovybez, your music must meet the following requirements.
Audio quality
All tracks must be professionally recorded, mixed, and mastered. We accept WAV files (44.1kHz/16-bit or higher) and high-quality MP3s (320kbps). Music supervisors expect broadcast-ready audio, so make sure your tracks sound polished and professional.
Rights clearance
You must have full control of both the master recording and the publishing rights, or have written authorization from all rights holders to license the track for sync. Songs with unresolved rights issues cannot be pitched.
Original compositions
All submissions must be original works. Cover songs, songs containing uncleared samples, and tracks using leased beats with restrictive licenses are generally not eligible for sync placement.
Complete metadata
Every track needs accurate metadata including the song title, all writer and producer credits, PRO information, and ownership splits. Incomplete metadata delays the licensing process and can cost you opportunities.
Instrumental versions
Whenever possible, include an instrumental version of your track. Many sync placements require instrumentals for editing purposes, and having one readily available doubles your chances of being selected.
